Because wine tasting in Napa Valley was so painful.

We did our research on both Napa & Sonoma Valley wineries that we wanted to go to but we did it all wrong.

We did our research on both Napa & Sonoma Valley wineries that we wanted to go to but we did it all wrong!

We searched all the website and we're taken in by their beautiful photos so we decided to pick the ones we wanted that way "for the most part" but when we got there, it was a rude awakening. The ones we picked out had restrictions on things like if they could serve you wine by the glass, by the bottle or wine tastings only. WTF?

Then we visited one winery where we could buy a bottle but couldn't drink it on their property & then another were we could ONLY drink bottles on their property. WTF?

Some wineries had restrictions on the food they could serve and purchase, some had cheese and crakers for free but nothing else was available for purchase WTF?

So you get the drift, the goal of this website is to keep it to "just the facts", what can each winery do or dont' do? This is not a gossip site or a site to bad mouth any winery so I will be the chief moderator "for now" until we find some who share my same values.
